How to apply

The process is straightforward.   

Please follow these steps to apply to Flathead Valley Academy:

  1. Inquire: Email  flatheadvalleyacademy@gmail.com                                                                   or call 406-249-2626 to express your interest or ask any questions.
  2. Application Form: Complete the application form that will be emailed to you. 
  3. Submit Records: Submit your official high school transcripts                                                or records from your previous school(s).
  4. Interview: Once your application is reviewed, we will schedule a "mutual interview" to meet one another and decide if FVA is a good fit for both parties.  

Important information

Please note the following important information regarding admissions:

  • Application Deadline: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but we encourage you to apply early as space is limited.
  • Registration Fee: Once admitted, a $350 nonrefundable registration fee holds your place and covers all of your books and materials.
  • Tuition & Fees: Tuition is $400/month for the school year (or $300/month if paid over 12 months).
  • Financial Aid: Information on financial aid and scholarship opportunities is available upon request.
